Sightseeing flight of Bassin d’Arcachon – Banc d’Arguin – Dune du Pyla – Ile aux oiseaux

Flying above the biggest sand dune of Europe and the bassin d’Arcachon area is an amazing experience.

The bassin d’Arcachon flying club (ACBA) is proposing discovery flights with a variety of comfortable small aircrafts.

When you get there, you will be welcomed by your pilot for a small briefing of the different spots that you will fly.

After take-off, you will fly over the dune du Pyla and then around the reserve of banc d’Arguin which is a protected area for birds. Towards the cap Ferret, you will see the lighthouse, the Mimbeau peninsula and the various oyster villages. Heading towards l’île aux oiseaux (the birds island) and the famous “cabanes tchanquées”, and finally the complete bay of Arcachon with the beach and piers.

It is possible to do this 30 minutes tour from 1 to 3 persons maximum per aircraft + the pilot. It is also possible to do aerobatics flight.
